Changing Your Password

Note: Changing the password for access to your account online does not effect the security code for your mailboxes. These must be changed individually. See Changing Your Security Code.

Instructions

1. Go to www.800Link.com.
2. Click "Login" at the top right.
3. Enter the requested information, then click "Submit".
4. Under the heading "Account Administration" click "Change Password".
5. To change your password, enter your new password twice, then click 'Update' The password must conform to the following:
   • 4 - 10 characters in length
   • Acceptable characters are A-Z, a-z, 0-9, dollar sign($), at sign(@), hyphen(-), underscore(_), period(.), number sign (#) and exclamation point(!)
