The administrative functions of the mailbox include recording the greeting, listening to and managing messages, setting up notification options and other functions. To access the mailbox administrative functions, follow the procedure below.

Instructions

1. Dial your toll-free (or toll) number. If you have an extension, enter it when prompted.
2. Press the star (*) key any time during the outgoing message.
3. Enter your security code when prompted. If you are not prompted for your security code, something has gone wrong.

If you attempt this too many times unsuccessfully, your number will be blocked. If your number has been blocked, you will hear a fast-busy signal if you have a number without an extension or a message saying "your call is being transferred" if you do have an extension. You can remove the block yourself online or contact Customer Service.
